Our Women’s Social Group is an inclusive group that focuses on connection, self-acceptance and developing skills to improve social and emotional wellness.

Facilitated by our Women’s Health Program Community Initiatives Officer, this group meets weekly in a relaxed environment with fun activities, educational sessions and morning tea provided.
