Session One: Common menstrual cycle issues (PMT/PMS, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, heavy periods, absence of periods)
Being a woman has its challenges, from heavy periods to painful cramps, hot flushes and more, that’s why we are here to help.
Desert Blue Connect are offering a series of four workshops focusing on women’s health throughout our lives. We have collaborated with some local leading women’s health experts:- Dr Sara Armitage Obstetrician/Gynaecologist, Dr Carolyn Hausler Obstetrician/Gynaecologist, Charlotte Inwood Naturopath, Julie Marchetti Clinical Reflexologist and Sharon Houwen Desert Blue Connect’s Women’s Health Nurse.
- there will be at least 3 presenters at each session, but all presenters may not attend based on workload/commitments
