Join us for a special day dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of mothers and expectant mothers. Mum’s Wellbeing Expo 2023 is all about increasing awareness of perinatal anxiety and depression, connecting families with essential community services, and providing valuable information to promote overall wellbeing. This event is a must-attend for mum’s of all stages, whether you’re a new parent or preparing for the journey of motherhood.

9.30am – 10.00am Infant First Aid/CPR demonstration
9:00am – 12:00pm Face painting with Fairy Deb
10.15am – 10.45am Music session with Laura from Jar of Arts
11.00am – 11.30am Mum’s and Bub’s Yoga with Cath Dalle from Mindful Body
All morning Children’s area with toys, activities, and craft activities thanks to Act Belong Commit, The Geraldton Project and North Midlands Project.

Desert Blue Connect Information table, and one-on-one parent chats with Desert Blue Connect nurses Mel and Lisa. Visit this table for a chance to win a mum’s pamper pack!

Ngala Information table, mum’s and bub’s area and wellbeing activity for parents.

WA Country Health Service Come see Merilyn Dare, Child Health Nurse who can help you with any questions you have about feeding your baby, learning about baby sleep and making sure your baby or child is growing well. Isabel Ross will be available to chat about anything mental health and Bella Hainan the Physiotherapist will also be available for you to see.

Geraldton Physiotherapy Physiotherapist Sally McKenzie will be available to chat about everything mum’s, baby, movement, healing after birth and is an absolute full bottle on pelvic floor health.

Nourishing You Nutrition and Wellness with Casey English Health, nutrition and wellness coaching.

Leaning Tree Steiner School Find out about the school’s early childhood programs such as playgroup and kindergarten.

Kidz Retreat Information on starting childcare and interactive children’s activities.
