A day to raise awareness about perinatal anxiety and depression, connect mums and mums to be to key services in the community and offer practical information to improve overall wellbeing.

The Expo offers:

  • Wellbeing activities for mums
  • Children’s activities
  • Community organisation and local business stalls
  • Health representatives
  • Playgroup and childcare representatives
  • Free morning tea
  • Coffee Van

Activities & Guest Speakers:

From 9am Children craft activities thanks to Act Belong Commit, The Geraldton Project and North Midlands Project

9.30 -10.00am Music session with Laura from Jar of Arts

9:30am -12:30pm Face painting with fairy Deb

10.15am – 10.45am Healing after birth and all things pelvic floor with physiotherapists Sally and Bella

11.00am to 11.30am Fitness after baby with Sheree from Elevate Live Virtual Training.

11.45am-12.15pm Mum’s and Bub’s Yoga with Cath Dalle from Mindful Body

All morning Quiet corner with chair, cushions and rugs for feeding mums

All morning Kids station set up with toys and activities

WA Country Health Service Table Come see Ebony Pearse Child Health Nurse who can help you with any questions you have about feeding your baby, learning about baby sleep and making sure your baby or child is growing well. Isabel Ross will be available to chat about anything mental health and Bella Hainan the Physiotherapist will also be available for you to see.

Geraldton Physiotherapy Table Physiotherapist Sally McKenzie will be available to chat about everything mums, baby, movement, healing after birth and is an absolute full bottle on pelvic floor health.

Nourishing You Nutrition and Wellness with Casey English Health, Nutrition and wellness coaching.

Elevate Live Virtual Training Table Come see Sheree Johansen about how to get back into exercise after birth, the benefits of exercising both physically and mentally and some really great mum and bub friendly exercises and programs.
