Our Women’s Social Group is an inclusive group that focuses on connection, emotional health and holistic wellness for the women of Morawa.

This session we will dive into the topic of women’s health checks. Staying on top of your health with recommended checks for every life stage is important. Do you know what health checks you are supposed to be having? Did you know that we can link you in for most of these checks for free at our Women’s Wellness Centre?

We will also spend some time on mindfulness, so please bring a mat or pillow for a relaxed meditation session. Please also bring a plate of nibbles to share.
