Morawa Tigers Football Team invited Desert Blue Connect to participate in the Think Mental Health football round, held on Saturday 22nd June.   Events like these are so important to help reduce the stigma associated with mental health as well as promoting the support services that are available within the community.

As an activity on the day Desert Blue Connect conducted a Jacket and Blanket Drive to share the warmth in supporting vulnerable families within the Midwest. A massive thank you goes to everyone who donated, your generosity was overwhelming.

Desert Blue Connect offers free, confidential, rural counselling and support services (no referrals required) for individuals and families in communities in the Midwest region.

These rural support service are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
