A 5-Week program for women and non-binary folk aged 18-30
Join in our 5-week group program and learn from sexologist and accredited practising dietitian Fran Foulkes-Taylor. Fran holds master’s degrees in both dietetics and sexology, and is the founder of Frank Sexology, specialising in relationship and sexuality education. As a Midwest local, Fran understands the unique experiences of living regionally, and has been delivering educational workshops in WA for more than 6 years. Over 5 sessions, Fran will support you to feel more confident in yourself, build strategies in self-care, and improve how you communicate with others.

Session 1 (2nd May): Welcome, introductions and values
Session 2 (9th May): Self-worth and body image
Session 3 (16th May): Nourishing foods (with cooking)
Session 4 (23rd May): Sexual wellbeing
Session 5 (30th May): Communication in relationships
