International Women’s Day Celebration & Fundraiser!
Join us for an evening dedicated to honouring women and their remarkable achievements across the globe. It’s time to put on your thinking caps because this quiz night will exclusively focus on the incredible contributions of women in history, entertainment, general knowledge, and more!
This event is not just for the ladies, everyone is welcome to join and celebrate International Women’s Day together.
Expect an evening filled with fun, laughter, and friendly competition. We’ve got spot prizes, raffles, a silent auction, and some wonderful entertainment lined up for you.
All proceeds from this event will contribute to supporting Desert Blue Connect’s safety and women’s health programs. Don’t forget to bring your gold coins and raffle money to participate in the fun fundraising activities throughout the night.
Date: Friday, 6 March 2026
Time: Door open 5PM for a 6PM start (Live music from 5pm)
Venue: Queen Elizabeth II Community Centre
Bookings & Price: $15 per person or $120 per table (8 people). Each table seats 8 and forms a team. If you don’t have a full team, select the ‘Single Seat’ option and we’ll combine smaller groups to create full tables.
BYO: This is a BYO event so please feel free to bring your own nibble plates and drinks to keep yourself fuelled.
Dress Code: In theme with International Women’s Day, wear purple if you have it, or dress in whatever represents IWD to you, although it’s not essential. The best decorated table will win a special prize.
Age: This is an 18+ event
